In the unlikely event that your credit card is stolen and fraudulently used, please follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider. Most credit card companies will cover all charges resulting from unauthorised use or limit your liability to $50.
CANA IMPORTS is doing everything possible to protect you, our valued customer, against the fraudulent use of your credit card: Individuals or parties purchasing or attempting to purchase products by fraudulent means of payment or the unauthorised use of credit cards will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. CANA IMPORTS reserves all rights and title to products until full payment is received.

This means that all your purchasing information is encoded and is unreadable as it travels to our server. All our customers’ information is stored in a database on a server that is not connected to the Internet and is secured behind our internal security systems. CANAIMPORTS.CA has a policy not to sell, lend or rent any customer information without first obtaining our customer’s permission.

That means your name and address will not show up on any mailing lists, other than our own, should you request it. Furthermore, any personal information that is required to process your visit is only used with your prior knowledge and consent. Methods of Payment
We accept CANA IMPORTS Card, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you do not want to use your credit card online from your home computer, you can get your order processed by calling to speak to a customer service representative at 1-888-785-8384 or by sending an e-mail to websupport@canaimports.com.We do not have discounts currently available for our education customers.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.

Purchasing by Minors
Our policy is to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints
At CANA IMPORTS we do our best to provide you with the most reliable and up to date information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will accept the unit back and offer a full refund.
